The aircraft fleet data feed is refreshed every Thursday. This covers active fleet records, including aircraft registrations, configurations, operators, and related fleet details.
Why is my data not reflecting the latest update?
If you have accessed the platform after an update day but are still seeing older data, here are a few things to check:
- Timing: Updates are applied on a set day, but the exact time of availability may vary. If you are checking early in the day, allow a few additional hours for the refresh to complete.
- Cache: Your browser or system may be serving a cached version of the data. Try clearing your cache or refreshing your session.
- Data feed delivery: If you receive data via FTP, SFTP, or an AWS S3 bucket, confirm that the latest file has been successfully delivered to your endpoint.
- Downloaded files: If you are working from a previously downloaded file (Excel, CSV, or JSON), make sure you have re-downloaded the file after the scheduled update day.
