Why am I not receiving my Newsletters?
If you are not receiving newsletters from ch-aviation — the most common cause could be that your organisation's email server is blocking our messages due to strict spam or phishing filter policies.
What to do
We recommend reaching out to your IT team and asking them to add the following domain to your organisation's trusted senders or allowlist:
smtp.mailfrom=ses.ch-aviation.com
This tells your email server to recognise ch-aviation as a trusted source and allow our messages through. In most cases, adding this entry resolves the issue straight away.
Still not receiving emails after allowlisting?
If your IT team has already added the domain and you are still not receiving emails from us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support team so we can investigate further on our end.
