Do I need to preselect manufacturer data to choose aircraft or engine details?
No. You can drill down into aircraft or engine details without preselecting a manufacturer or any other search criteria first. All available options will be presented to you by default.
However, if you do preselect a manufacturer, the subsequent search fields will automatically filter to show only data related to that manufacturer. This can be a helpful way to streamline your search and reduce the number of options to browse through, particularly when you already know which manufacturer you are interested in.
