Why is my account showing as not yet activated?

If you are seeing an error stating that your account has not been activated, this is usually caused by one of the following:

  • Activation link not yet used — If you are setting up your account for the first time, you will have received a confirmation email containing an activation link. Your account will remain inactive until that link has been clicked.
  • Account manually deactivated — If you already have an existing account, it may have been set to inactive by your account manager, for example following a temporary subscription pause or an account transfer within your company.

How do I activate my account?

If fewer than 24 hours have passed since you received the activation email:
Locate the confirmation email in your inbox — also check your spam or junk folder — and click the activation link to access your account.

If more than 24 hours have passed, or your account was deactivated for another reason:
Please contact our support team at support@ch-aviation.com. This will automatically create a support ticket, and a member of our team will either send you a new activation link or reactivate your existing account.
