Why is my sign-in restricted?

If you are unable to sign into your ch-aviation account, your access may have been automatically restricted due to email delivery failures. When our system detects that emails sent to your address have bounced back, it places a restriction on sign-in as a precautionary measure to protect the integrity of your account communications.

Why are ch-aviation emails not reaching me?

There are a few common reasons why our emails may not be getting through:

  • Full inbox — If your mailbox has reached its storage limit, incoming messages will be rejected and returned to us.
  • Spam filters — Your email provider may be incorrectly flagging ch-aviation emails as spam, preventing them from reaching your inbox.
  • Temporary server issues — Intermittent problems with your email server can occasionally disrupt message delivery.

How do I regain access to my account?

Follow the two steps below to restore your sign-in and prevent the issue from recurring:

  1. Submit a support ticket — Contact the ch-aviation support team by opening a ticket. Our team will manually remove the restriction and restore your access.
  2. Whitelist our sending domain — Ask your IT team to whitelist the following domain to ensure our emails are delivered reliably going forward: smtp.mailfrom=ses.ch-aviation.com
