Why can't I see full contact details?

There are two reasons you may not be able to view complete contact information on ch-aviation. The section that applies to you depends on your current access level.

You are on a trial

During a trial, you have access to a contact's name, job title, and LinkedIn profile. Email addresses, however, are restricted to paid subscribers.


This is intentional — verified, direct email addresses are at the heart of what makes our contacts data so valuable. These are not generic company addresses. Every email address in our database has been individually verified as active and deliverable.


If you would like to get a feel for the accuracy of our email data before committing, we are happy to help. Simply share a couple of names you have come across during your trial, and we will provide their email addresses from our database so you can verify the quality for yourself. Just reach out to our Customer Support team to arrange this.

You are not subscribed to the contacts module

If you are not currently on a trial but still cannot view contact details, your account may not include a subscription to our contacts data. Access to this module is available as part of a dedicated contacts subscription.
